Hello, I’m Alice, an emerging doula servicing the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas of Victoria.

You’re about to embark upon such an amazing transition, whether you’re pregnant with your first baby or your fifth. I so deeply believe that each pregnancy a woman carries, and each baby birthed – at term or otherwise – allows an unravelling and expansion of the person you were.
How a woman feels during these sacred unfoldings can irrevocably shape the mother she becomes. You’re worthy of being held and nurtured, physically, mentally and emotionally throughout this transition. You deserve to feel optimistic, eager and excited as you meet, not only your baby, but a new version of yourself.

I’m a happily married mum of four beautiful children – one boy and three girls. The births of all of my children were incredibly empowering, humbling and transformative experiences that left me in complete awe of myself as a woman and mother. However, I quickly realised this wasn’t the case for so many.
Birth is a sacred rite of passage, and I ached for all of these women whose births had left them feeling broken, small and traumatised rather than powerful, strong and confident. I feel endlessly passionate about women feeling deeply nurtured, held and honoured during this huge transformation so that they can bloom into the capable, intuitive and compassionate mothers their children deserve.
