Hi, I’m Amber- I am mum to two teenage boys and wife to the most supportive and grounded husband.
I have recently gained certification as a birth doula with ‘Doula Training Academy’, however I come with many years of experience assisting women through pregnancy, and the beautiful yet often unpredictable postpartum period. I bring a calm, grounded presence, drawing from years of hands- on support and a deep trust in a woman’s innate wisdom.
I’m also a Bowen Therapist, with additional training in hormone and pregnancy support, Emmett Technique, Reiki, biochemic tissue salts, lymphatic drainage and scar tissue release (MSTR).
My areas of focus include pelvic floor and body alignment, pain and stress management, emotional wellbeing, and I especially love nurturing babies and children through gentle hands-on healing to support their systems from the very beginning of their life.
This extensive skill set allows me to meet each woman where she is, offering nurturing, body alignment, pain relief, emotional support, and space to breathe as you prepare to welcome new life.
Supporting women as they journey into motherhood is an honour I hold close to my heart. I know how incredibly sacred the journey to parenthood is and I offer whatever support you need each step of your journey.
Whether you are pregnant with your first child or expanding your family, I would be honoured to support you along your journey. My aim is to help you feel confident, informed and deeply supported.
