Congratulations on your pregnancy and for looking into the option of a doula. You deserve all the support and care and nurturing during this extremely important and beautiful time of growing and bringing a new being into this world. I would love to walk alongside you and be that source of comfort and encouragement for you.
I offer prenatal sessions where we can explore what is means to prepare for birth and motherhood. We can delve into whatever is coming up for you and your partner, areas you would like more information and resources, and go through a process of birth mapping. We can question, investigate and ponder all options, scenarios and possibilities so you go into your birth feeling secure, informed and steady in your choices, no matter what happens. Knowing I will be there for you and your partner.
We can also do some deep relaxation and meditative processes to soothe you and ground you into your body and inner wisdom.
I offer the option of Sound Birth which is using the crystal bowl and toning to bring you into deeper states of calm, it can help you to feel safe to use your voice and has physiological benefits.
I also offer Mother Blessing ceremonies which is a beautiful celebration and honouring of you and your transition with your closest friends and family.
