Hi, I’m Jade
I’m a mum of two fierce little girls, the human to a cheeky West Highland Terrier, and married to one of my oldest friends. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 14 years (and counting), a photographer with a soft spot for nostalgic film vibes, and a firm believer that dessert deserves its own food group.
I feel things deeply and show up wholeheartedly. I thrive on meaningful conversations, emotional honesty, and holding space for the real, raw, in-between parts of life. Nothing is too strange or too deep – I welcome it all.
My journey into birth work began with my own two very different birth and postpartum experiences. Those stories opened my eyes, fuelled my curiosity, and sparked a deep passion for informed care, empowerment, and supporting families to navigate birth and early parenthood with confidence and clarity.
As a doula, I bring calm energy, practical support, honest conversations, and evidence-based care to your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little human into your family, I’m here to help things feel lighter, more manageable, and far less overwhelming. Birth and early parenthood can be beautiful and chaotic all at once – I’ll be by your side to help you breathe, adjust, laugh, cry, snack, and gently remind you (often!) of the incredible job you’re doing.

I am based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and I support families through pregnancy and postpartum with hands-on, evidence-based care, including doula support, postpartum meal drops, and photography.
