My name is Saskia, a doula in training based in Perth, Western Australia, offering holistic and heartfelt support to women and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
My mission is to inspire, nurture, and empower — to help women remember the deep strength and wisdom that already lives within them.
My goal is to provide a wide range of services designed to support the whole woman — body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside my doula work, I’m training in dry needling, sound healing, pregnancy yoga, Pilates, aromatherapy, and pregnancy massage, allowing me to offer truly comprehensive care throughout each unique journey. Whether you’re seeking physical comfort, emotional reassurance, or a calm, grounded space to explore your birth choices — I’m here for it all.
My love for birth has been with me since I was young, and that fascination has grown into a life’s calling. I’ve always known I was meant to be a helper — someone to lean on in times of uncertainty, to hold space, to lift others up and remind them they are powerful, capable, and deeply worthy.
Being a doula will allow me to live that purpose every day, and there is no greater honour than walking alongside women as they bring new life into the world. I’m also incredibly passionate about changing the way we think about birth. For too long, birth has been surrounded by fear — but I believe it is one of the most beautiful and sacred experiences we can have. It’s a time when a woman can reconnect with her body, trust in her strength, and step into her power with calm and confidence. My role is to help create that safe space where she feels held, heard, and honoured.
