Hi, I’m Ellen and I am based in Stuart Park, Northern Territory!
I want you to enjoy your pregnancy, birth and transition into parenthood. Every person deserves to feel empowered, supported and loved during this transformational time of life and I am so grateful to help mothers strengthen the love and trust for themselves and feel so much love and trust from their support team.
My background is a Chiropractor, I have done years of birth education and attended Spinning Babies and Optimal Maternal Positioning training multiple times.
My philosophy has evolved from wanting to learn and teach all the things, to trusting that you don’t need to know it all to birth your baby, but those tools are always available to draw on if you feel they are needed.
I would love for every woman to feel empowered enough to know that all they need is themselves to birth their baby, but that it makes it more special to have their partner, care providers and doula there to support them every step of the way.
As a doula my mission is to create a close relationship with you and your family during your pregnancy, including your hopes and wishes for your birth and postpartum period, what makes you feel safe and supported, what your birth preferences are, what music, smells and food you like and everything in between.
I want every birthing person to know that they deserve the care their heart desires and that it is out there! The sacred moment of birth can be transformational and empowering when it is honoured in a positive way, and not feared.
