I’m Eloise and I am the face behind A Mothers Realm.
I am 29 years old and i live in the little beachy town of Aldinga in South Australia.
I am a mama of four babies – 6 and under, a doula and also run a natural living and essential oil community called Wholesome Realm.
My mission is to do everything in my power to make mothers and their partners feel supported, educated, calm, safe and heard in one of the most precious, memorable and sacred times of their lives.
After the birth of my first daughter, i have always been very passionate and felt a very strong pull to do something within the birth space and to help educate and support mothers, something i felt like i didn’t have during my experience.
I constantly have a lot of mums message and ask me how they can support themselves in labour and postpartum with essential oils, and I’d give them all the tips, but for me that wasn’t enough, and it’s led me to being a doula.
I want to be there with you, holding your hand, filling you with confidence within yourself, massaging your back, motivating you, giving you the tools, you need to get through, putting your oils on (if that’s your thing), and just be a friend when you need one most.
If you are looking for a Birth Doula who is unapologetically themselves, will make you laugh, will make you feel at home and comfortable, who will give it to you straight, love on you, who will welcome you for the human you are, support your choices no matter what they are, and understands what you are going through – then I’m your woman.
