Georgia Slee - Student Doula

I am a birth and postpartum doula servicing the Hawkesbury, Hills District, Western Sydney, and surrounds.

I became a doula because, more than anything, I want women and their families to experience pregnancy, birth and postpartum in the most positive, joyful, empowered and connected way possible.

It was during my beautifully empowering homebirth after caesarean with my second daughter, and in the days, weeks, and months afterward, that my mind and heart were opened to the sacredness of birth and the incredible power of women.

I couldn’t ignore the call to help other women to feel as empowered and nurtured as I did and am honoured to walk with them as they experience the transformative rite of passage that is birth.

My role as a doula is to support women and their families to experience a positive and joyful pregnancy, birth and postpartum that sets them up for an empowering parenthood journey. I am passionate about giving women the knowledge, support and encouragement to make decisions that feel instinctively right for them and their family.

I am also a co-host of the Australian VBAC Stories podcast, where we share and celebrate the stories of women who have planned a vaginal birth after caesarean.

My name is Georgia Slee, and I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, training at the Doula Training Academy. If what you have read about me has resonated and you would like to find out more about the support I can provide for you, please get in touch! I would love to hear from you.
