My name is Tamika Colborne.
I am a pregnancy, birth and postnatal Doula, Hypnobirthing Australia Caregiver, Pregnancy Massage Therapist, Crystal Healer, and a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
I am located in Gladstone QLD but I also extend my services to Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Biloela, Mariam Vale, Calliope, Agnes Waters, 1770, Bundaberg and surrounding areas.
I am a proud mother of three boys and during my journey through motherhood I learnt firsthand just how little support the women in our community had during pregnancy, birth and postnatally, that I set out on a path to make a positive change.
Being able to give women educated and caring support in offering techniques and services around pregnancy, birth and postpartum is a fulfilling role I hold very close to my heart and feel very blessed in being able to help to make the amazing and unique role us women get to endure, “motherhood” just that little bit easier. After all, becoming a mother whether it’s your first or subsequent pregnancies are all equally one of the biggest and most memorable parts of a woman’s life, and they need to be treated with the upmost care and support.
So here I am trying to make a positive impact to be there for women open heartedly and with no judgement, to help give a positive pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience.

- To give you knowledge so that you can feel empowered and fearless in making the right decision for you and your baby.
- But mostly to give you love and support to make you feel calm and safe.
I feel enthusiastic and devoted to educating Gladstone and opening up a whole new world of birthing.
I would love to be your doula, and friend, by supporting you and watching you blossom and bloom by guiding you through your own journey to motherhood and beyond.
